From the main entrance, take the Camelback elevators to the 6th floor. Turn right towards the neuroscience tower. Go to the end of the hall (by the yellow glass wall). Turn to your right and enter the meditation room. The middle closet is Arizona Bikur Cholim. The code to the door is 6 - 1 - 3.
